1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the jilli9 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the jilli9 website or mobile platform. By using jilli9, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and any other jurisdiction applicable to you.

jilli9 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jilli9.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use jilli9:

• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming platforms is prohibited.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jilli9, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing wagers on jilli9.
• You have not previously been excluded from jilli9 or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or involuntarily.
• You are not using the platform in connection with any fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity.

jilli9 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of jilli9, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on jilli9. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilli9 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jilli9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify jilli9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jilli9 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilli9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on jilli9 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilli9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount on jilli9 is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method. jilli9 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jilli9 account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts, subject to any applicable security checks. jilli9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Currency & Fees

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on jilli9 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jilli9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which jilli9 bears no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jilli9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met.
• Each promotion will specify its own wagering requirement (rollover), minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period. Players must comply with all promotion-specific terms.
• jilli9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are satisfied.
• jilli9 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse or exploited any promotion in bad faith.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jilli9 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. jilli9 is committed to offering fair, transparent, and verifiably random gaming outcomes to all players.

• Players must place wagers using real money or eligible bonus funds in their jilli9 account balance.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the jilli9 system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jilli9 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account.
• jilli9 reserves the right to void any wager or game result that is determined to have been affected by a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault beyond the player's control.
• For sports betting markets, jilli9 follows standard industry rules for settlement of bets, including rules on postponed events, abandoned matches, and void markets. Specific rules for each sport are available on the relevant betting market pages.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilli9:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live casino games, and sports betting.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the jilli9 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be reclaimed.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with jilli9.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using the jilli9 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the jilli9 platform or the experience of other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilli9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from jilli9 without the prior written consent of jilli9. Any unauthorized use of jilli9's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilli9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jilli9 platform.

jilli9's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilli9 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilli9 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jilli9 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jilli9, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilli9 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and jilli9 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

jilli9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jilli9's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jilli9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilli9 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the jilli9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using jilli9 and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
